I’ve spent the last 17 years working in digital — as a delivery manager, product manager, agile lead and client partner — across both the public and private sectors. I’ve worked inside major brands and agencies alike, partnering with organisations like Vodafone, Center Parcs, the Ministry of Justice, GDS, and the Department for Business & Trade.I know what it’s like to lead teams, manage high-stakes client relationships, and balance day-to-day delivery with long-term strategy. How it works

Whether your organisation is funding the coaching, or you’re coming to me directly, we’ll begin with a free chemistry call to understand your goals. From there, we’ll agree a bespoke coaching programme — usually:

  • 6 x 60-minute coaching sessions (typically over 3–4 months)

  • Space between sessions to reflect, experiment, and apply what we’ve explored

  • Optional voice note, email or text support between sessions — because coaching doesn’t stop at the calendar

  • A warm but focused approach: we’ll build on your strengths, work through challenges, and keep moving toward your goals

All sessions are personalised, rooted in real-world leadership experience, and supported with reflection prompts, practical follow-ups, and gentle accountability.
